Kitting & Assembly

Healthcare kits assembled to your approved specifications and instructions.

Plan the assembly before work begins.

We help prepare and assemble kits using approved components, documented instructions and quality checks. We can support Canadian launches and ongoing programs, with fulfillment arranged as needed.

Before assembly starts, we confirm the component list, assembly steps, checks and labeling instructions. We also agree what to do if materials are short or a substitution is proposed.

From component sourcing to finished kits

We can help coordinate local sourcing and purchasing, receive materials, assemble and check kits, and prepare them for distribution. You approve component specifications and suppliers.

  • Local component sourcing and procurement coordination
  • Receiving, inventory and component staging
  • Kitting and assembly to agreed work instructions
  • Client-approved labeling and packaging
  • Quality checks and batch documentation
  • Handoff to fulfillment and distribution

Work orders can record quantities, allocated components, assembly checks and completion. Where agreed, records can link component batches to finished kits and flag discrepancies for review.

Program design and responsibilities

We agree assembly steps, records, traceability and product requirements before launch. Any required component registrations or specialist approvals follow the agreed review process.

For programs involving testing, the designated provider performs the tests. Our kit assembly and fulfillment work is coordinated separately.

A pilot assembly run can help check instructions, packaging and the transfer to fulfillment. Changes to components or instructions follow the approval process, and the team receives updated versions.
