Julian leads client relationships and account growth. He oversees onboarding and communications, brings teams together to resolve service issues, and reviews client feedback and fulfillment reports to improve service.
Darren leads fulfillment, warehousing/3PL, kitting and logistics for pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution. He manages staffing, processes and inventory, supports applicable GMP and quality requirements, and tracks accuracy, throughput and stock records to identify improvements.
Leon leads Quality Assurance, drawing on experience in regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical compliance, GMP auditing and medical device quality. He helps the team understand and work within Canadian regulatory requirements.
Patricia has a pharmacy background and more than 20 years of team leadership experience. Her work covers pharmaceutical quality assurance, medical writing, literature reviews and commercial strategy, as well as evidence analysis, communications planning and sales and marketing training.
Massimo manages financial planning, budgets and reporting for fulfillment and distribution. His work includes forecasting, cash flow, payables and receivables, cost and profitability reviews, audit support, and accounting and tax compliance.
Erica handles HR policies, employee records and compliance documentation. She supports onboarding and departures, maintains training records, and helps with workplace health and safety programs.
Tonino coordinates staffing, schedules and day-to-day support for operational teams. He helps with onboarding and training, monitors attendance and performance, and supports workplace culture and health and safety.
Jayven leads projects involving operations, processes and technology. He prepares implementation plans, supports automation work and reviews performance data to guide business improvements.
Tristan manages inventory control, warehouse/3PL organization and receiving. He tracks stock movement, coordinates counts and reconciliations, maintains first-in, first-out processes and lot records, and supports production and shipping.
